Merkurlautar-kennel emphasizes on good and healthy foods for our dogs, we only give them what we think is best for them. We have noticed that the same brand of food for every dog is not necessarily the best or suitable for every dog. We encourage people to test various food brands to find out which is best suited for their dog.

Quantity is very important and it can be advisable to weigh the food for the dog to find the perfect quantity for each individual dog. Usually the package of the food has some information on how much you should give you dog.  Be advised that dogs that exercise need more.

We believe that giving your dog egg yolk and raw meat once in a while is good for your dog. Some even give their dog’s Lysi or olive oil sporadically.
